Support the main wooden body and take care around narrow cuts. If you choose a backing, avoid picking at or pulling its edges.

Give the cord room to hang

An adjustable black cord is included. Adjust its position gently and check that the piece hangs freely without catching or repeatedly knocking against nearby objects.

Keep the care card with it

Simple branded packaging and a care card are included. Keep the card with the piece when giving it as a gift, so the recipient has its final care instructions.

Contact us with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review what happened. Keep the packaging available while we look into it.
