Customer policies

Please check your design proof carefully before approving. Cancellations are available before final proof approval. Standard orders receive a full refund; for custom artwork, an agreed charge for design work already completed may be retained. After final approval, customer-requested changes and cancellations are not accepted.

Correctly made personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. For unused, unpersonalized designs ordered as shown, request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in resaleable condition. You pay return shipping; original shipping is nonrefundable. There is no restocking fee. Contact us before sending a return.

If something is wrong with your order, email us with your order number, a description and photos where possible. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery when possible; later reports are reviewed individually. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions. If we require a return, we cover return shipping.

For confirmed production mistakes or arrival damage, we offer a free replacement, including shipping. If a suitable replacement cannot be provided within an agreed timeframe, we provide a refund, with the amount reviewed case by case. Proof-related concerns and other unusual situations are reviewed individually.
